Eminem`s Touching Letter To Tupac`s Mother

A self sketched portrait and a handwritten letter addressed to Afeni Shakur, mother of late rap icon Tupac Shakur have surfaced on the internet after being rediscovered by Reddit users. In the letter, Eminem commences with an apology and assures how the picture he drew would have looked better if he used a right pencil instead of the pen.

He also admits drawing since he was a kid and thanks Afeni for being kind to him and hails her as a true Queen. Convincing that his words are his bond and acknowledging the immense opportunities she provided, he writes on apprising that she will always be in his heart, thoughts and prayers.

The "Lose Yourself" rapper also cites how much her son influenced Hip Hop and inspired all of his career as well. Defining Tupac as a true soldier.  Eminem recalled how the late icon`s music motivated and gave him courage long before he achieved fame or met Dr Dre. And concludes the message by expressing gratitude for giving us their goodwill.
